Advancing research, learning, and knowledge
SALIK: Studies in Advancing Learning, Ideology, and Knowledge, published by Ikatan Sarjana Nahdlatul Ulama (ISNU) Sukoharjo, is a peer-reviewed academic journal dedicated to the rigorous analysis of educational practices, ideological formations, and the sociology of knowledge. The journal serves as a critical forum for empirical research and theoretical advancements, examining how social structures, cultural contexts, religious values, and institutional policies shape learning environments.
Aligned with the publisher's commitment to scholarly empowerment and the globalization of local intellectual discourse, SALIK welcomes interdisciplinary submissions from sociology, education, and related fields. We particularly invite research investigating pedagogical innovations and educational transformations within diverse sociocultural contexts; the function of ideology—specifically moderate religious thought and social ethics—in curriculum development and educational policy; epistemological discourses, the social construction of knowledge, and the integration of religious and scientific paradigms; educational inequalities, social stratification, and community empowerment through learning; and institutional dynamics and academic ecosystems across religious and secular educational frameworks.
